Hours of availability are between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. Additional work may be completed and submitted outside of normal working hours.
Calls and emails will be returned within 24 hours during normal business days. My preferred method of communication is via email. However I am happy to work with you and find a medium that works well for your needs. This could be phone / virtual meetings / WhatsApp.
Scheduling in advance (one week is preferred, but a few days is helpful) will allow me to reserve time for you and make your project a top priority.
Projects that have an unusually quick turnaround request can be subject to an additional fee and will be completed at my discretion. Any such requests must be marked "urgent" with clear expectations for delivery set out.
Billing for retainers or project rates occur in advance and monthly by project start date.
Billing for hourly clients occurs on the 1st and 15th of the month. Invoices are due 14 days after the date of the invoice.
I observe all United Kingdom national holidays.
Personal holidays of one week or more will be notified to you no less than 3 weeks in advance.
I use an app called Toggl Track to record the time I spend working for you. I can send you weekly or monthly reports from Toggl to keep you appraised. Time is billed in 15 minute segments.
